Tavsif

  • Act as the primary contact for an assigned client, division, or team-level account
  • Build lasting client relationships and maintain high satisfaction
  • Oversee client service delivery for the team
  • Manage strategic accounts across one or more teams
  • Partner with project managers to guide project execution plans
  • Build knowledge of each client’s business and industry
  • Present growth strategies, uncover opportunities, and cross-sell services
  • Develop client-specific communication plans and deliver regular project updates and reports
  • Carry out client growth plans and cross-selling initiatives
  • Earn repeat business through outstanding client service
  • Set expectations and negotiate mutually effective outcomes
  • Work with internal leaders to resolve client concerns and conflicts
  • Use client feedback to inform decisions

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred
  • At least eight years of progressively responsible client experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Collaborative approach and ability to contribute effectively on a team
  • Willingness to travel for office activities, client meetings, and site visits as needed
