CharterUP Enterprise Account Executive - Remote US

Drive enterprise sales for CharterUP’s AI-powered group transportation platform. Manage complex sales cycles, RFPs, MSAs, and revenue growth with large organizations.

Description

  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers across target industries
  • Present CharterUP as a trusted enterprise group transportation provider
  • Create and execute outbound sales strategies for enterprise accounts
  • Guide prospects through procurement and approved-vendor processes
  • Partner with the VP of Enterprise Sales on growth initiatives and new opportunities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Prepare RFP responses and win long-term client contracts
  • Secure MSAs with large organizations that have substantial annual transportation spend
  • Coordinate with account management and operations to ensure effective post-sale transitions
  • Increase portfolio revenue through cross-selling and expanded customer spend
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
  • Become proficient in and effectively present CharterUP’s transportation platform
  • Track industry developments and market changes to help shape product offerings

Requirements

  • At least five years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in transportation, construction, engineering, procurement, or a related field
  • Track record of managing extended sales cycles and closing deals worth more than $1 million in annual revenue
  • History of surpassing sales goals and being recognized as a top performer
  • Experience with enterprise sales processes, including RFPs and multi-year contracts
  • Experience negotiating MSAs with Fortune 500 companies
  • Strong ability to build relationships with senior managers and executive stakeholders
  • Strategic approach to prospecting, sales execution, and account management
  • Self-directed and highly motivated, with strong time-management skills and ownership of sales targets
