Support Honeywell’s EMEA benefits programs across pensions, insurance, and wellness. Lead regional RFPs, M&A integration, audits, and benefits process automation.

Description

  • Design and administer complex benefits plans aligned with business objectives and regulatory obligations
  • Manage EMEA benefits RFPs, with emphasis on Benelux and Northern Europe
  • Coordinate benefits providers with Payroll teams
  • Maintain accurate benefits enrollment and termination records
  • Manage benefits workstreams for mergers and acquisitions, including integration, compliance, and stakeholder communications
  • Perform recurring audits and safeguard data quality
  • Create approaches that strengthen compliance and information security
  • Streamline and automate benefits processes through the delivery model
  • Align benefits solutions across EMEA
  • Support the global benefits strategy and direct regional projects
  • Develop cross-functional partnerships for effective, compliant benefits delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least three years of benefits experience covering program implementation, strategy development, and vendor management rather than benefits administration
  • Advanced spoken and written English
  • A second European language is advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to apply technology to communication and process automation
  • Knowledge of HR systems and case management platforms used for benefits administration
  • Detailed understanding of pensions and/or insurance
  • Experience with a benefits provider or broker such as WTW, Mercer, Aon, or Marsh is desirable
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools, flexible benefits platform configuration and administration, and AI tools
  • Professional qualification in HR benefits or administration is desirable
  • Project management certification and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Experience supporting benefits programs in Benelux, the UK, or Nordic markets
