- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least eight years of experience in internal or corporate communications, employee engagement, or a related field.
- Background developing communication strategies and directing complex communications initiatives in a global organization.
- Experience advising executives and senior leaders on business-critical communications.
- Experience overseeing employee engagement programs, internal events, digital communications platforms, and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while handling multiple complex priorities.
- Sound judgment and the ability to carry work from strategy through delivery.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across functions.
- Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills.
- Experience leading and developing communications professionals.
