  • Own change management across marketing’s portfolio, including AI tools and agents, process updates, operating model changes, and organizational transitions
  • Sequence initiatives according to team capacity and the business calendar
  • Use structured change methods to assess impact, design enablement, and monitor adoption
  • Surface risks related to sponsorship, readiness, and reinforcement
  • Direct change programs for AI tool and agent adoption from pilot launches through broader deployment
  • Develop and maintain frameworks and enablement approaches for bringing AI capabilities to marketing teams
  • Organize and lead recurring AI forums, including quarterly marketing-wide update sessions
  • Build effective relationships with senior marketing leaders, including the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team
  • Prepare executive communications covering transformation efforts, technology decisions, and program updates
  • Create branded enablement resources such as presentations, talk tracks, session summaries, and training materials
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Internal Communications lead on beta invitations, launch messaging, leadership communications, and follow-up recaps
  • Tailor communication and training methods to the nature of each change
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, process owners, and pilot representatives throughout marketing
  • Work with project and delivery teams to develop timelines and readiness plans
  • Lead and coordinate an offshore Change Management specialist based in India
  • Report to the Head of Marketing Data & AI and collaborate with an offshore instructional designer

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least 10 years of demonstrated change management experience spanning technology implementations, process changes, and organizational change
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and confidence working with senior and executive audiences
  • Exceptional writing skills with a clear, direct style that avoids unnecessary corporate jargon
  • Experience creating structured enablement and training resources
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent change initiatives of different sizes while adjusting the approach as needed
  • Comfort navigating uncertainty, especially with emerging AI and agentic tools whose processes are still evolving
  • Working knowledge of ADKAR, Prosci, or another structured change management framework
  • Experience leading change in marketing or marketing technology is preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Availability for a 16-month fixed-term contract
