  • Help KSM Corporate Finance manage M&A and capital raise client engagements.
  • Contribute to team-led sell-side, buy-side, and capital raise assignments.
  • Analyze transactions using historical and projected financial data.
  • Support M&A execution from analysis and due diligence through valuation and client deliverables.
  • Conduct financial and industry due diligence.
  • Develop client pitches and management presentations.
  • Prepare valuation analyses and detailed financial models.
  • Assess acquisition opportunities, capital raises, and strategic options.
  • Assist with engagement marketing, planning, and execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and prospective clients.
  • Contribute to the firm’s business development activities.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
  • One to three years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, valuation, M&A, or another financial advisory setting.
  • Experience supporting buy-side or sell-side M&A transactions.
  • Investment banking internship experience may qualify entry-level candidates.
  • Ability to develop a detailed understanding of business models.
  • Skill in researching market trends, competitor offerings, and customer profiles.
  • Ability to support an investment thesis for a particular industry or market.
  • Ability to conduct due diligence, including company visits and discussions with customers, suppliers, and competitors.
  • Ability to model financials to estimate company value.
  • Ability to analyze different types of data and draw conclusions.
  • Interpersonal skills to build a professional network.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to use market research subscriptions and open-source tools.
