Remote B2B Sales Representative – Supply Chain and Logistics
Grow Chit Chats Express’s B2B logistics customer base across Canada. Prospect, qualify, present shipping solutions, and convert opportunities into active business accounts.

- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, marketplace research, and reactivation campaigns
- Run discovery calls covering shipping volumes, carriers, pain points, platforms, service requirements, and growth prospects
- Assess prospects for commercial fit, shipping profile, compliance needs, operational feasibility, and revenue potential
- Deliver clear, professional presentations of Chit Chats services tailored to each prospect’s needs
- Create pricing comparisons, savings analyses, proposals, and follow-up documentation
- Partner with Sales, Data, Product, and Operations teams on complex pricing and service-fit matters
- Keep lead, opportunity, and customer records accurate in the CRM
- Document outreach, follow-ups, next actions, and pipeline stages
- Coordinate with Onboarding and Account Management to ensure an effective post-sale transition
- Follow up consistently to advance prospects through the sales pipeline
- Surface customer needs that can guide product development, service enhancements, marketing, and partnerships
- Support sales campaigns, industry-focused outreach, and market research
- Achieve or surpass activity, pipeline, conversion, activation, and revenue goals
- Report to the Sales Manager, Business Development
- Transfer customers to onboarding and account management once shipping begins
आवश्यकताएँ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with cold outreach, discovery calls, follow-ups, and customer presentations
- Customer-first approach with the ability to identify pain points and recommend practical solutions
- B2B logistics outreach experience is strongly preferred
- B2B logistics or supply chain sales experience is strongly preferred
- Strong organization and the ability to manage prospects across multiple pipeline stages
- Ability to learn Chit Chats services, pricing, shipping workflows, compliance requirements, and operational processes
- Experience with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving ability and effective cross-functional coordination skills
- Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable pursuing sales targets
- Ability to balance growth goals with customer fit, profitability, and operational viability
- Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, account management, or sales support within logistics or supply chain
- Experience in e-commerce, shipping, logistics, marketplaces, or services for small businesses is an asset
- Successful completion of reference and criminal background checks before employment
