Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist at Fortify Companies
Manage franchise receivables for Rytech, a nationwide property restoration company. Resolve billing questions and pursue overdue payments through frequent calls and aging reports.

- Oversee a portfolio of franchise accounts
- Track unpaid balances and open or overdue receivables
- Make at least 50 daily calls to follow up on outstanding payments
- Respond to external customers’ billing questions
- Prepare aging reports for assigned franchisees
- Meet with franchise owners by conference call to review open receivables and plan collection efforts
- Coordinate with franchise owners, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers to address billing issues and collect overdue funds
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Anticipate customer needs and deliver strong service
- Support other departments during Cat periods as needed
- Handle additional duties assigned to support the team and business
आवश्यकताएँ
- Accounts receivable experience is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required
- NetSuite experience is not required, but you must be able to learn new systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work proactively with department leaders and managers at multiple levels
- Able to handle challenging collection situations
- Restoration industry experience is a plus
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Skilled at building relationships
- Comfortable with frequent calls and a structured, process-oriented workflow
