- Identify prospective partners that support Trengo’s business objectives
- Create and implement partner business plans and territory strategies, with primary responsibility for EMEA
- Generate new customer opportunities through partner channels
- Enable partners to deliver successful customer implementations and make effective recommendations
- Negotiate and complete partnership agreements
- Serve as the main contact for assigned partners while developing existing relationships
- Work with internal teams on go-to-market strategies
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of experience in partner management, business development, or a comparable SaaS role, preferably in ecommerce
- Demonstrated success managing and expanding revenue-generating partnerships, particularly across EMEA
- Strong commercial judgment and knowledge of SaaS business models
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience using CRM software; Trengo works with HubSpot
- Strong motivation to achieve and exceed targets
