- Act as a strategic partner to district and school teams to support program outcomes and sustainable growth
- Direct onboarding for new clients by establishing expectations, schedules, and key milestones
- Manage an assigned book of business and create territory plans that strengthen account health, renewals, and expansion
- Turn client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams and senior leaders
- Drive renewals and upsell opportunities by aligning partnership growth with client objectives and results
- Spot accounts at risk and coordinate internal efforts to reduce churn
- Cultivate trusted cross-functional relationships that keep teams aligned with partner needs and provide a smooth client experience
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 3–5 or more years of experience in customer success or account management
- Experience with K-12 education, districts, and school leadership is preferred
- Demonstrate strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize strategically
- Show a record of improving customer success outcomes, including retention, expansion, churn reduction, client advocacy, and account lifetime value
- Be experienced in addressing and resolving client challenges both internally and externally
- Be willing to travel for up to 40% of the work week
