Guide customers using Meltwater’s media intelligence platform, from onboarding and training through adoption and renewal. Build account growth by addressing risks, gathering feedback, and identifying expansion opportunities.

- Align customer needs with Renewal Managers and Account Managers.
- Advise customers on adoption and ways to increase platform value.
- Give clients tools and resources to help them advocate for the product.
- Tailor solutions to each customer’s organization and objectives.
- Work with Account Managers to find cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Engage customers ahead of renewals, support the renewal process, and reduce risk.
- Manage gross retention across accounts while building satisfaction and loyalty.
- Increase client engagement and product adoption.
- Onboard new customers and lead product training sessions.
- Collect customer feedback through executive business reviews.
- Spot expansion opportunities and share them with Account Managers.

- A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-focused approach centered on customer satisfaction and success.
- Proactive identification and resolution of customer needs and opportunities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Dutch language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule.
- Availability to work in the office four days per week.
