- Resolve issues proactively to support customer satisfaction.
- Explain technical requirements and concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Technical Support.
- Share feedback about client needs and concerns with relevant teams.
- Recognize technical and operational risks and create follow-up plans.

Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales professional, or in a comparable customer-facing position.
- Strong understanding of public cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
- Solid knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Framework and its practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and monitor multiple requests at once.
- Familiarity with project management and action-plan tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
