Tavsif

  • Lead and develop a three-person team of PLM Technical Architects across EMEA.
  • Manage performance, career development, and succession planning.
  • Build employee engagement and a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Allocate resources, balance workloads, and prioritize projects.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members.
  • Set team operating goals and performance measures.
  • Provide technical leadership for Windchill and related PLM cloud environments.
  • Oversee technical system assessments, health checks, performance reviews, and architecture evaluations.
  • Review customer architectures, integrations, customizations, and deployment plans.
  • Address critical customer escalations and complex technical issues.
  • Recommend system changes to improve optimization, scalability, and operations.
  • Promote consistent standards and best practices across customer environments.
  • Work with Cloud Operations, Monitoring, Infrastructure, and Application teams to improve service reliability.
  • Advance automation initiatives and tooling improvements.
  • Identify recurring operational problems and lead root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to service delivery methods, documentation, and operating frameworks.
  • Advise internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers, Customer Success Managers, Technical Support, Product Management, and R&D.
  • Attend customer governance meetings and executive reviews.
  • Explain technical risks, recommendations, and strategic roadmaps to technical and non-technical audiences.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years implementing, supporting, or architecting enterprise PLM solutions.
  • At least 3 years managing technical teams.
  • Strong experience with PTC Windchill or a comparable enterprise PLM platform.
  • Experience with cloud-hosted environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and systems analysis skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives globally.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Expert knowledge of Windchill architecture, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
  • Experience administering Linux and Windows systems.
  • Knowledge of databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience with automation and scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or Sumo Logic.
  • Experience in a SaaS delivery organization.
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams.
