Talablar

  • PhD in computer science, computational biology, genetics, genomics, medical informatics, or a related quantitative discipline; alternatively, an MS with additional relevant experience
  • At least 8 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare analytics, including experience setting technical direction
  • Recent hands-on experience, within the past 18 months, building agentic systems and deploying AI, NLP, or generative AI using LLMs, retrieval, grounding, and evaluation
  • Ability to critically assess scientific evidence
  • Strong Python proficiency and sound software engineering practices
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary technical delivery and influencing across organizational boundaries
  • Ability to set priorities, make evidence-based tradeoffs, and deliver measurable value
  • Strong communication with technical, scientific, and senior non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience building on shared platforms and working with architecture standards and governance frameworks
  • Experience with genetics, multi-omics, imaging, ontologies, or scientific knowledge systems is preferred
  • Exposure to regulated environments, AI governance, and human-in-the-loop systems is preferred
  • Industry experience in drug discovery, clinical development, or neuroscience is optional
  • Must work from a US site in Raritan, Titusville, or Spring House, New Jersey; Cambridge, Massachusetts; or San Diego, California
  • Travel may be required as needed
