Support Diebold Nixdorf banking and retail technology in the field. Install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and explain deployed hardware and software to customers.

Tavsif

  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer sites
  • Complete scheduled inspections, cleaning, and related service activities
  • Carry out minor product repairs within the assigned territory
  • Verify product operation, resolve issues, or escalate them according to established procedures
  • Schedule service visits and complete the required documentation
  • Work with customers to support service satisfaction and understanding of product functionality
  • Diagnose hardware and software failures with appropriate diagnostic tools
  • Complete repairs at the component level
  • Clean and adjust mechanical components
  • Configure and install applicable software
  • Conduct preventive-maintenance checks and replenish consumables
  • Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products
  • Train customers to use installed hardware and software
  • Attend hardware and software training
  • Contribute to initiatives supporting agreed key performance indicators
  • Support special projects as assigned

Talablar

  • Required education or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant field service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid driver's license and driving record meeting Diebold Nixdorf fleet requirements
