Opis

  • Recommend and implement system improvements to support department systems and staff.
  • Monitor production applications, processes, and data.
  • Analyze and maintain system files, tables, and configurations.
  • Support business applications, databases, and integrations.
  • Assess low- to medium-complexity systems, process, and data issues and recommend remedies.
  • Troubleshoot straightforward system issues.
  • Prepare documentation and manuals, presentations, and training, then provide follow-up support.
  • Extract data from internal and external sources.
  • Handle scheduled and one-off reporting requests.
  • Analyze data and provide reports and metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Document data sources, processes, tables, and fields.
  • Regularly analyze reports to verify data integrity.
  • Contribute to business and functional requirements analysis and definition.
  • Serve as a business and technical liaison during analysis, requirements definition, and design.
  • Create test plans and scripts, and document, report, and communicate defects.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and submit results for review.
  • Coordinate project tasks and contribute to projects of low to medium complexity.
  • Flag project issues and communicate progress and obstacles.
  • Coordinate production rollouts with users and IT.
  • Create user documentation and training materials.
  • Review and audit implementations after launch.
  • Build working relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Set stakeholder expectations through clear verbal and written communication.

Zahteve

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in risk or insurance, finance, business administration, mathematics, data analytics, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience extracting and analyzing data from Excel, delimited and fixed-width files, APIs, and SQL Server databases.
  • Ability to extract and analyze data with SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Willingness and ability to learn a range of applications and skills.
  • Ability to process time-sensitive data, make decisions, and communicate resulting actions.
  • Well organized and self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage several assignments and priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability to work as an analyst, tester, documentation writer, or trainer.
  • Authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Employment is contingent on completing required identity verification, which may include biometric technology.
