Opis

  • Shape product content across user flows, information architecture, content hierarchy, UX writing, and customer communications for web and native apps.
  • Partner with design, research, product, engineering, brand, legal, compliance, and customer experience teams from early concepts through launch and optimization.
  • Help teams uncover customer problems and identify opportunities to improve content and usability.
  • Write clear, accurate, concise, and approachable content for product flows, notifications, emails, texts, prototypes, and other customer touchpoints.
  • Apply research, experimentation, customer feedback, and data to strengthen content decisions, usability, and customer understanding.
  • Take part in design sprints, critiques, content reviews, and product discussions.
  • Help maintain style guides, writing guidance, reusable patterns, team materials, and shared practices.
  • Join Content Design team rituals and collaborate with fellow content designers.

Zahteve

  • Bring at least two years of experience in content design, UX writing, content strategy, information architecture, or a related area.
  • Have experience designing for web and native digital products.
  • Provide a portfolio that shows strong UX writing, strategic judgment, and product work that has shipped.
  • Understand UX writing, information architecture, content hierarchy, usability, accessibility, research, experimentation, and product development.
  • Work independently on defined projects and handle ambiguity with support.
  • Connect content choices to customer needs and business objectives.
  • Have experience working with partners in product management, design, research, engineering, legal, compliance, marketing, or brand.
  • Communicate clearly, explain your reasoning, welcome feedback, build alignment, and advocate for customers.
