Descriere

  • Shape and refine the company’s brand architecture, market positioning, and identity system
  • Build and maintain brand standards, governance processes, templates, and organization-wide enablement
  • Protect consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual execution across external touchpoints
  • Direct external content strategy across owned, earned, and shared media
  • Turn corporate messaging frameworks into narrative platforms and strategic storytelling themes
  • Develop content that grows brand awareness, strengthens market differentiation, and engages stakeholders
  • Create content governance, editorial planning, and performance measurement frameworks
  • Promote AI tools, emerging technologies, and automated workflows across brand and content initiatives
  • Work with Marketing Services to integrate tools and automation into brand production
  • Help deliver the corporate marketing acquisition integration playbook
  • Coordinate marketing, communications, product marketing, HR, and leadership stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications on internal and external messaging, executive communications, announcements, and reputation programs
  • Own the corporate “About Us” narrative across the website and external materials
  • Advise senior leadership on strategic corporate readiness initiatives
  • Prepare communications materials and stakeholder engagement resources
  • Work with Communications, Finance, Legal, and external advisors to maintain aligned, compliant messaging
  • Lead the team, align goals and deliverables, and develop a growing group of direct reports
  • Oversee contractors, creative partners, agencies, and strategic vendors
  • Build a collaborative, high-performing culture centered on quality, innovation, and measurable business impact

Cerințe

  • Bring substantial, demonstrable experience in brand strategy, content marketing, corporate marketing, corporate communications, or a related B2B discipline
  • Show experience launching, scaling, and delivering programs with measurable impact
  • Demonstrate success developing and managing corporate brands in growth-stage, global, or enterprise organizations
  • Have built content strategies and external engagement programs that advance business goals
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong command of corporate messaging, reputation management, and stakeholder communications
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editorial leadership capabilities
  • Experience guiding organizations through major corporate milestones and business transformation programs
  • Experience overseeing agencies, creative vendors, and distributed teams
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools and automation to scale content or brand programs
  • Track record of increasing AI and automation adoption within a team
  • Preferred: background in manufacturing, industrials, or product-led sectors
  • Preferred: familiarity with executive communications environments
  • Preferred: experience at a high-growth company
