Descriere

  • Help senior leaders shape communications that support business priorities and organizational goals.
  • Turn executive direction, discussions, and presentations into employee messages, talking points, FAQs, presentations, leader resources, and other materials.
  • Advise on communications and suggest changes to strengthen clarity, consistency, and audience fit.
  • Plan and deliver employee communications across business functions and locations.
  • Draft and edit executive messages, employee announcements, newsletters, SharePoint content, leadership updates, stories, and regular communications.
  • Make communications clear, accessible, and useful to both office and production employees.
  • Contribute to efforts that support employee experience, culture, recognition, transparency, and organizational alignment.
  • Create and maintain communication plans, editorial calendars, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate content across SharePoint, newsletters, websites, town halls, print materials, digital boards, and other channels.
  • Create employee stories, business updates, recognition materials, employer brand content, and external communications as needed.
  • Work with Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, IT, Apogee Corporate Communications, and business leaders.
  • Suggest ways to improve communication standards, templates, channel selection, content quality, reach, and engagement.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • At least eight years of progressive communications experience.
  • Experience planning and delivering communications and managing complex assignments across functions.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and turning their direction, input, and complex business information into clear communications.
  • Experience producing content for varied formats and channels, including email, SharePoint, Teams, presentations, digital media, video scripts, print, and visual assets.
  • Excellent writing and editing, with close attention to clarity, tone, accuracy, accessibility, and audience needs.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, details, competing priorities, and changing needs independently.
  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, understand leadership intent, and distill complex information into focused messaging for specific audiences.
  • Working knowledge of communications planning, employee engagement, leadership communications, and change communication practices.
  • Advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Canva, ContactMonkey, InDesign, Microsoft Office, Teams, and AI-enabled communication tools is preferred.
