Descriere

  • Manage partnerships for luxury and women’s lifestyle clients while leading a dedicated team
  • Oversee the delivery of high-profile, multi-channel campaigns
  • Work with Sales, Editorial, Production, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and to a high standard
  • Own project plans, timelines, budgets, and campaign performance
  • Recommend improvements and identify opportunities to strengthen campaign results
  • Support pitches and RFPs by creating effective advertising solutions
  • Refine processes, workflows, and team ways of working
  • Provide daily leadership and support to the Client Success and Project Management teams
  • Hold regular one-to-ones, development and performance discussions, coaching sessions, and skills development activities
  • Serve as a senior escalation point, helping teams resolve issues and manage risks proactively
  • Contribute luxury and women’s lifestyle market intelligence and competitor insights
  • Work with Sales, Editorial, and Production to shape campaign strategy, improve delivery, and support Future Creative’s growth
  • Introduce efficient workflows and oversee team capacity

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated success managing complex, high-profile, or multi-channel campaigns from planning through delivery
  • Advanced project management skills, including oversight of timelines, priorities, budgets, and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Editorial, Production, and Commercial teams
  • Strong client relationship management and communication abilities
  • Experience evaluating campaign performance, drawing insights, and recommending improvements
  • Track record of leading, coaching, and developing team members
  • Deep understanding of the luxury and women’s lifestyle sectors
  • Commercial awareness with experience supporting pitches, RFPs, and creative advertising solutions
  • Proactive, practical, and solutions-oriented working style
  • At least 10 years of senior project management experience in a creative industry
  • At least 2–3 years of people management experience
  • Experience working in luxury and women’s lifestyle
  • Experience across print advertising, digital advertising, online content, and video production
  • Understanding of social media targeting and publishing
  • Capacity to manage a complex, high-volume workload
  • Ability to resolve cross-departmental issues while communicating and upholding Project Management team objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
