Descriere

  • Lead complex features from requirements and technical design through implementation, testing, and production release.
  • Create scalable backend systems for industrial AI, high-volume machine data, analytics, and real-time diagnostics.
  • Diagnose complex problems, trace data flows, question assumptions, and make well-founded engineering decisions.
  • Apply AI coding tools and agents to implementation, architecture exploration, reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Translate specifications into working software and take responsibility for delivery.
  • Help guide technical design and decisions on scalability, maintainability, reliability, and long-term architecture.
  • Mentor developers, strengthen engineering practices, and promote effective AI-assisted workflows.
  • Work with product, frontend, data engineering, and other teams to deliver value to customers.

Cerințe

  • At least six years of backend software engineering experience and strong Python skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in software architecture and system design, including scalability, data modeling, API design, and distributed systems.
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted software development.
  • Experience with cloud services; GCP is preferred.
  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or comparable transactional and analytical databases.
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices, automated testing, CI/CD, and code quality.
  • A proactive, independent, motivated approach focused on delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including mentoring and leading technical discussions.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
