Descriere
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership positions across multiple business units
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders to establish candidate profiles, sourcing plans, interview processes, and selection standards
- Evaluate applicants through screening and interviews, then provide hiring recommendations
- Oversee interview scheduling, assessments, offers, negotiations, and candidate communications
- Identify and engage active and passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, industry associations, and other sourcing channels
- Develop pipelines for recurring and business-critical positions, using labor-market insights to guide recruiting and workforce planning
- Reprioritize searches and refine sourcing methods as business demands, market conditions, and stakeholder needs evolve
- Apply feedback, data, experimentation, and lessons learned to strengthen recruiting results
- Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation expectations, and candidate engagement
- Represent IDEAL Industries’ culture and values throughout candidate interactions
- Keep applicant tracking system data accurate and track recruiting performance metrics
- Comply with relevant employment laws, company policies, and established procedures
- Contribute to employer-branding and talent-attraction programs when needed
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, psychology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Background sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for professional positions
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Capacity to manage multiple searches while adapting to shifting priorities
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Preference for candidates based in northeastern Illinois
- Recruiting experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technology settings is preferred
