Descriere

  • Record invoices in Syncore and/or QuickBooks.
  • Prepare weekly check runs in line with cash flow.
  • Invoice clients when their orders are complete.
  • Contact clients regularly about collections.
  • Send overdue notices and account statements.
  • Record and submit royalty entries.
  • Help prepare year-end financial statements.
  • Post transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support supervisors with clerical work, including researching, tracking, and resolving accounting issues.
  • Handle additional tasks assigned by the Executive Team.
  • Follow client instructions and processes closely.
  • Report time accurately and complete assigned work on schedule.

Cerințe

  • Post-secondary accounting degree or certificate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least three years of accounting experience.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Professional communication with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
  • Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and set priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to support supervisors with clerical duties, including researching, tracking, and resolving accounting issues.
  • Willingness to keep learning and participate in ongoing training.
