Lead account strategy and growth for Hilton Supply Management, supporting hospitality brands, owners, and operators through procurement and supply chain initiatives.
Descriere
- Set opportunity management strategies for assigned accounts
- Find ways to improve account quality and revenue
- Put account strategies into action while accounting for barriers and opportunities
- Contribute to special projects, initiatives, and customer deliverables
- Coordinate with a focused cross-functional team to address clients’ daily needs
- Identify initiatives that can improve operational and financial performance
- Compile account-level client growth data
- Assess areas with potential for growth
- Work with Hilton brands, owners, and operators
- Support key accounts and the properties within them
- Carry out account plans and pursue targeted year-over-year growth
- Report to the Director of Account Management
Cerințe
- Bring five years of professional experience in customer-facing roles
- Have five years of hospitality industry experience, preferably across a mix of positions
- Bring three years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles
- Use Microsoft Excel proficiently, including sorting and filtering data, formulas, and pivot tables
- Be available to travel up to 25%
- Familiarity with hospitality Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) programs is useful
- Experience in client-facing account management is useful
