Machine Learning Engineer (Hybrid, Madrid or Barcelona)

Design and industrialize AI models and solutions for a technology company connected to a Spanish financial group. Build ML, LLM, RAG, and MLOps capabilities in Madrid or Barcelona.

Descriere

  • Design and implement Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence use cases
  • Develop, deploy, and productionize ML models
  • Build batch and real-time inference systems
  • Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, and intelligent agents
  • Create and integrate APIs and services for AI models
  • Test, monitor, and optimize model performance
  • Contribute to code reviews and software engineering best practices
  • Document technical architectures and implementations
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, IT architects, and DevOps specialists
  • For senior/master-level profiles: design complex, scalable AI architectures, define industrialization and MLOps patterns, review architectures, make technical decisions, and mentor other ML Engineers

Cerințe

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline
  • Experience developing solutions with Python and object-oriented programming
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning
  • Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face
  • Experience with Git and sound software development practices
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments
  • Experience with or knowledge of REST APIs and databases
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Interest in developing AI solutions that reach production
  • For senior/master-level positions: experience with distributed architectures, Kubernetes, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure, and the design and productionization of AI systems
  • Experience with LLMs and generative AI, LangChain, intelligent agents, RAG architectures, production model deployment, enterprise ML platforms, Machine Learning or Cloud certifications, observability, monitoring, and model optimization is especially valued
  • B2 English
