Descriere
- Coordinate recruitment assignments from initial preparation through successful placement
- Join Sales in client intake meetings
- Learn about client organizations, roles, target groups, and hiring expectations
- Turn intake information into clear, engaging job profiles
- Prepare recruitment strategies, schedules, and campaigns
- Work with Marketing and an external recruitment marketing partner to prepare and launch campaigns
- Coordinate videography and provide campaign input
- Track candidate flow and proactively source candidates, including through LinkedIn
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates against job profiles
- Present suitable candidates to clients
- Guide candidates and clients throughout the selection process
- Monitor and discuss vacancy and campaign progress and results
- Track agreements, actions, and deadlines
- Stay involved until the right candidate is found and the vacancy is successfully filled
- Work from the 's-Hertogenbosch office alongside Sales and Marketing, focusing on project management, stakeholder management, and recruitment
