Growth Marketing Manager – Toronto Hybrid

Descriere

  • Manage daily paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Work with Demand Generation on strategy, budget distribution, and performance priorities
  • Direct campaign launches, audience targeting, creative testing, optimization, and reporting
  • Assess Reddit and emerging advertising channels, including ChatGPT when relevant
  • Set experiment success measures and advise on channels ready for scale
  • Manage the complete webinar program, covering topics, scheduling, speakers, hosting, moderation, event logistics, promotion, and follow-up
  • Increase webinar frequency from monthly toward two or three events per month in 2027
  • Integrate webinars with paid and email demand generation while improving the path from registration to completed demo
  • Create AI-supported workflows for audience research, campaign planning, experiment design, operations, analysis, and reporting
  • Work with Sales to assess demo quality, identify objections, coordinate follow-up, and improve campaigns and webinars
  • Operate in two-week agile sprints by managing an experiment backlog and responding to performance results
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and content teams on campaign and landing-page enhancements
  • Report to the Manager, Demand Generation, as an individual contributor without direct reports

Cerințe

  • Authorized to work in Canada
  • Based in Toronto and available for the hybrid office schedule from Monday through Wednesday
  • At least five years of relevant experience in growth, performance, or demand-generation marketing, including B2B SaaS
  • Track record of scaling paid acquisition or webinars and improving commercial results
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media targeting, creative, bidding, budgets, and optimization
  • Strong analytical decision-making, with the ability to connect spend or webinar registrations to completed demos and pipeline
  • Practical proficiency with AI agents and automation
  • Able to spot opportunities, run experiments, learn from failed attempts, and define next steps
  • Able to coordinate work across content, email, social, and Sales
  • Comfortable hosting and moderating live webinars, preparing speakers, and guiding audience discussions
  • Strong sense of ownership and dependable follow-through
  • Preferred: marketing experience with MSPs, IT service providers, accounting firms, fintech, or payments
  • Preferred: familiarity with HubSpot, Instantly, n8n, Zoom, or comparable tools
