Descriere
- Serve as Cleafy’s platform expert within the client’s fraud prevention team
- Investigate fraud events and draw insights from the Cleafy platform
- Show the platform’s value through practical use cases
- Build and maintain a trusted relationship with the client’s fraud prevention lead
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between the client and Cleafy
- Share changing client needs and usage patterns with Cleafy’s Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to inform the roadmap and future engagement
- Guide and support the client’s fraud analysts and investigators
- Join incident response efforts to help speed up fraud detection and decisions
- Represent Cleafy’s innovation and make the platform’s strengths visible across the client’s teams
Cerințe
- Strong experience in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or digital banking
- Practical analytical ability, with a proactive approach to solving problems
- Excellent communication skills, including showing Cleafy’s value through concrete results and insights and anticipating client needs and business opportunities
- Experience using fraud prevention tools, platforms, or monitoring systems
- Ability to explain value clearly to operational teams and senior stakeholders
- Ability to turn analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Commercial awareness and an advisory approach, with the ability to understand the client’s business and fraud risk priorities and advise fraud and security leaders
- Ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with Cleafy’s internal teams
- Native or fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English
- Prior experience at a bank, fintech company, or fraud or cybersecurity solutions vendor
- Familiarity with Cleafy or XDR and SOAR platforms
- Experience in customer success, fraud operations, technical consulting, or solution engineering
- Previous involvement in strategic client engagements or embedded roles
- Knowledge of Mexico’s financial ecosystem, such as SPEI or the CNBV regulatory context
