Descriere

  • Own and prioritize the VP of Engineering’s calendar, schedule, and meeting commitments.
  • Coordinate speaking engagements with Cisco’s communications team.
  • Organize meetings by managing agendas, venues, technology, logistics, briefing materials, notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Create travel briefing packs for international journeys and major domestic events.
  • Serve as an authorized proxy for communications and approvals.
  • Respond to general inquiries, direct routine matters, and track follow-through.
  • Address issues in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
  • Coach administrative community members in effective problem solving.
  • Assess when executive involvement is needed and recommend appropriate action.
  • Arrange complex global travel and improve itinerary efficiency.
  • Administer Cisco travel expenses and arrange airline upgrades when available.
  • Support special projects through research, issue analysis, data compilation, and report preparation.
  • Prepare and present itineraries and accompany the VP at major corporate events, including GSX.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.

Cerințe

  • At least four years of experience in an administrative environment.
  • At least two years supporting a director-level or more senior principal.
  • Expert proficiency with Windows desktop applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Background in calendar administration, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with executives, senior staff, and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal judgment, independent decision-making, and exceptional integrity.
  • Consistently high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to protect confidential information.
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical execution.
  • High-tech industry experience is preferred.
  • Previous Cisco experience is preferred.
  • An associate degree is preferred.
