- Oversee customer orders from initial receipt through delivery.
- Coordinate shipment execution with the transportation team.
- Update customers when order details or plans change.
- Resolve issues by finding solutions that meet customer needs.
- Keep customer order records accurate in the ERP system.
- Work with customers and Cabot teams to complete orders on time and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary contact for customer orders.

- Show a strong commitment to excellent service for internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask, set priorities, plan, and coordinate work.
- Be able to work under pressure when needed.
- Communicate well and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Be fluent in English.
- Work from 9:00 to 17:30.
