ERP

Aprašymas

  • Oversee customer orders from initial receipt through delivery.
  • Coordinate shipment execution with the transportation team.
  • Update customers when order details or plans change.
  • Resolve issues by finding solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Keep customer order records accurate in the ERP system.
  • Work with customers and Cabot teams to complete orders on time and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer orders.

Reikalavimai

  • Show a strong commitment to excellent service for internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask, set priorities, plan, and coordinate work.
  • Be able to work under pressure when needed.
  • Communicate well and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Work from 9:00 to 17:30.
