Descriere
- Deliver technical and non-technical support to customers after purchase
- Assist customers by phone, online chat, and text
- Investigate customer concerns and determine appropriate resolutions
- Coordinate customer orders between customers, production, and distribution teams
- Follow plant, hygiene, allergen, and Safe Quality Food procedures
- Escalate potentially unsafe SQF conditions and customer complaints
- Contribute to SQF root-cause investigations and corrective actions involving complaints, audits, validation, and verification
- Gather and communicate information or data that requires explanation or interpretation
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; no prior experience required
- Understand the processes and procedures relevant to the position
- Bring substantial knowledge developed through training or professional experience
- Demonstrate established skills across routine daily responsibilities
- Work consistently within standardized procedures and practices
- Select suitable actions while operating within defined procedures
