Business Operations Manager – Israel Remote
Business Operations Manager partnering with the COO and executive team on strategic initiatives, cross-functional execution, and scalable operations. The role focuses on improving SaaS workflows, operational reporting, and company-wide performance.

- Work with the COO and executive leadership to advance strategic initiatives, cross-functional execution, and operational excellence.
- Convert company strategy into practical operating plans and department OKRs and KPIs.
- Help manage the company’s operating cadence through leadership meetings, quarterly reviews, cross-functional standups, and strategic offsites.
- Lead significant cross-functional initiatives from initial planning through rollout.
- Act as a trusted partner to the COO and CEO by supporting executive priorities and monitoring strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate team handoffs to uncover bottlenecks, shorten cycle times, and increase operational efficiency.
- Introduce automation, tools, and standard operating procedures that enable operations to scale.
- Act as the main contact for communication and strategic coordination with the parent company in Italy.
- Bridge Product and Engineering with Go-to-Market teams on launches, messaging, enablement, and feature releases.
- Partner with CX to find customer drop-off points and improve the customer journey.
- Maintain executive dashboards covering operational health, SLA performance, and team efficiency.
- Assess operational performance data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Cerințe
- At least four years of experience in Strategic Operations, Business Operations, Strategy Consulting, or Chief of Staff roles at a scaling SaaS, fintech, or technology company.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct reporting authority.
- Ability to turn ambiguous, unstructured challenges into clear, scalable frameworks and processes.
- Working knowledge of SaaS metrics including ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn, and NRR, along with product delivery lifecycles and go-to-market workflows.
- Comfort using data, dashboards, and operational tracking tools to guide decisions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English, with the ability to influence C-level executives and team leads.
