Apraksts

  • Create and deliver learning programs that support company strategy.
  • Manage corporate education projects from needs assessment to outcome measurement.
  • Design and refine learning pathways and experiences for varied audiences.
  • Select internal and external learning content, tracking new solutions and market trends.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and education partners on quotes, negotiations, and delivery follow-up.
  • Build metrics and dashboards, and assess the effectiveness of development initiatives.
  • Help establish the core training matrix and oversee learning program governance.
  • Create programs for leadership, culture, onboarding, career growth, and professional development.
  • Work with business teams to identify skill gaps and recommend development approaches.
  • Help manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and improve the learner experience.
  • Introduce initiatives in innovation, digital learning, artificial intelligence, and emerging learning methods.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Background in training and development, corporate education, or corporate university settings.
  • Experience overseeing learning projects.
  • Experience creating learning journeys, pathways, and development programs.
  • Experience tracking training metrics and measuring outcomes.
  • Experience using learning management systems.
  • Postgraduate study or a specialization in corporate education, people management, organizational development, or a related area is an advantage.
