Apraksts

  • Drive product research and development projects from planning through execution.
  • Create, review, and maintain product formulations, specifications, and technical records.
  • Research scientific literature and assess market trends.
  • Plan and oversee bench testing, pilot trials, sensory assessments, and shelf-life studies.
  • Evaluate and qualify suppliers, building and maintaining technical partnerships.
  • Develop technical resources, training, presentations, and scientific materials.
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Take part in relevant audits, trade shows, workshops, and professional training.
  • Guide interns and early-career colleagues.
  • Coordinate changes to products and processes.
  • Keep product data, specifications, and formulations current in company systems.
  • Track and apply legislation relevant to the industry.
  • Support the organization’s mission and values.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A postgraduate qualification, specialization, or master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in research and development, innovation, food, or supplements is required.
