Apraksts

  • Shape and deliver a global benefits strategy that supports the organization’s goals and values.
  • Review benefit plans and recommend improvements based on market developments, cost, and employee needs.
  • Research and compare benefits practices across industries and regions.
  • Direct the rollout of health insurance, retirement, wellness, and other benefits programs.
  • Partner with HR, legal, finance, and payroll teams to coordinate administration and meet compliance obligations.
  • Track program results, participation, and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead benefits due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
  • Plan and deliver benefits integration, including schedules and employee communications.
  • Review acquired benefits programs and recommend whether to align or transition them.
  • Oversee relationships with benefits providers, brokers, and consultants.
  • Prepare and manage requests for proposals and negotiate contracts as needed.
  • Review vendor service levels and performance.
  • Create benefits guides, webinars, FAQs, orientations, and workshops.
  • Respond to employee questions about benefits.
  • Maintain compliance with local, national, and international rules, including the Affordable Care Act and GDPR.
  • Review participation data, cost patterns, and employee feedback.
  • Advise leadership and prepare recurring management reports.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Typically, at least five years of benefits management experience in a global setting.
  • Strong understanding of benefits regulations, compliance, and established practices.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Able to analyze data and use it to make sound recommendations.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and attentive to employee needs.
  • Benefits credentials such as CEBS or CBP are an advantage.
  • Global mobility and expatriate benefits experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and benefits administration platforms is preferred.
  • Able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
