Lead HR Mini Master architecture and integrations in SAP S/4HANA. Support life sciences transformation programs for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and animal health clients.

- Own the SAP S/4HANA HR Mini Master solution architecture
- Shape HR Mini Master designs around business and technical needs
- Define how employee and organizational data is represented and maintained in S/4HANA
- Design and oversee integrations between HR Mini Master, SAP, and external systems
- Establish data flows, mappings, interfaces, and integration approaches
- Convert business needs into scalable, maintainable functional and technical designs
- Work with HR/HCM consultants, integration specialists, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Guide architectural decisions throughout implementation
- Assist with testing, deployment, cutover, and technical, data, and integration issue resolution
- Review solution designs and keep architecture and design documentation current
Prasības
- Extensive experience with SAP HCM or HR
- Strong knowledge of HR master data and organizational structures
- Experience designing or delivering HR Mini Master solutions in SAP S/4HANA
- Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration and Organizational Management
- Understanding of HR master data usage and integration with other S/4HANA processes
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration design
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP HR/HCM architecture, data structures, interfaces, and integration methods
- Familiarity with SAP integration technologies such as APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware, and data mapping
- Ability to specify interfaces and diagnose technical or integration problems
- Experience integrating SAP with external HR platforms
- Ability to turn business requirements into end-to-end architecture and technical designs
- Experience supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business, functional, integration, and technical stakeholders
- Experience integrating Workday with SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of Workday-SAP integration technologies and patterns
- Knowledge of ABAP and the ability to understand or review technical developments and specifications
