Apraksts

  • Lead product design from problem definition and user flows through wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
  • Create intuitive interfaces for complex, information-rich document review and analysis workflows
  • Collaborate with front-end engineers to deliver accurate, responsive, and accessible interfaces
  • Interview users to understand their workflows and evaluate design decisions
  • Develop and maintain the design system and component library as the product evolves
  • Contribute to the product’s brand and visual direction when needed
  • Partner directly with founders and engineers to turn a rapidly changing roadmap into clear, intuitive, trustworthy experiences

Prasības

  • 3–5 years of product design experience delivering production software, preferably web applications
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, including flows, interaction design, and polished professional interfaces
  • Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping and using or creating design systems
  • Ability to simplify complex, expert workflows into clear and approachable experiences
  • Strong self-management and communication skills for working on a small, distributed team
  • Proficiency with AI tools and a track record of using them to improve efficiency
  • Experience designing for professional or expert users, such as in legal, medical, finance, or enterprise settings, is a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience collaborating closely with engineers in code is a plus
  • Experience with brand or visual identity beyond product interfaces is a plus
  • Interest in AI and LLM products, particularly designing for user trust, is a plus
