  • Build relationships with customer technical decision-makers and influencers.
  • Apply knowledge of each customer’s business, industry, needs, competitors, and priorities to support digital transformation.
  • Lead data workshops and create implementation plans suited to customer goals and technical environments.
  • Take pilots and proofs of concept through value optimization and into production deployments.
  • Resolve technical issues during implementation and ongoing campaign deployment.
  • Identify, escalate, and address technical blockers through configuration changes and sample code.
  • Coordinate with product, support, and engineering teams to resolve blockers.
  • Use best practices to inform customer strategy and future growth with Insider One solutions.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of experience with consultative or complex technical deployment projects, including architecture, design, implementation, or support of highly distributed applications.
  • A record of building strong technical relationships with senior IT executives at large or strategically important accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to coordinate, lead, and influence virtual teams.
  • Extensive experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, and technology management.
  • Familiarity with development methods and technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, REST, XML, and database technologies.
  • Strong product and technical knowledge in at least one area: SaaS, marketing, mobile applications, APIs, or programming.
  • Strong English and French communication skills.
