Lead and coach the outbound telesales team at hey contact heroes, an international customer service provider. This fully remote role focuses on sales performance, team development, and operational quality.

- Lead the outbound telesales team and oversee its day-to-day operations
- Guide team development through sales KPIs and performance targets
- Coach employees through regular feedback sessions and call reviews
- Build employee motivation and strengthen their sales skills
- Spot opportunities to improve performance and put suitable actions in place
- Maintain quality, productivity, and progress toward targets in daily operations
- Coordinate with Operations and other internal teams
Reikalavimai
- At least two years of experience leading or coaching a sales or outbound sales team, or in a comparable role
- Hands-on experience in telesales or phone-based sales
- Sound knowledge of sales metrics and performance management
- A strong interest in leading, motivating, and developing people
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a solution-focused approach
- Able to work independently, reliably, and in a structured way
- Must live in Germany
