- Recruit across Viewer, SDK, full-stack, CI/CD, and design teams.
- Support hiring for Rust engineering, 3D visualization, SDK and developer tooling, full-stack engineering, and product design roles.
- Evaluate candidates’ technical depth and role-specific skills.
- Work with hiring managers to uphold a high hiring bar.
- Provide a strong candidate experience from the first conversation through the offer.
- Keep recruiting processes organised and efficient, maintaining momentum with substantial autonomy.
- Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Lead to define roles, share market insights, and calibrate assessments.

- Bring 5–7 years of recruiting experience at early-stage and scaling startups, typically from Seed through Series A–C.
- Demonstrate a record of independently owning and delivering full-cycle searches.
