Keep candidate records accurate and current in the Applicant Tracking System

Талаптар

Bachelor’s degree plus at least six years of related full-cycle recruiting experience, including active sourcing, or a graduate degree or equivalent plus four years of related experience
At least 10 years of related experience may substitute for a degree
Experience using SAP SuccessFactors
Background in agency recruiting, corporate recruiting, or both
Strong working knowledge of sourcing approaches, candidate assessment and interviewing, talent selection, and closing and negotiation techniques
Consistently uphold high standards of ethics, integrity, and respect
Remain composed while working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Work with a strong sense of urgency and take decisive action
