Lead end-to-end recruiting for L3Harris Technologies in partnership with hiring managers and HR Business Partners. Manage sourcing, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, offers, and the recruiting experience.

Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners across the full talent acquisition lifecycle
  • Create and execute recruitment strategies
  • Source, assess, and select qualified candidates
  • Provide compensation recommendations
  • Present and extend employment offers
  • Deliver an efficient, attentive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment
  • Keep candidate records accurate and current in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Follow applicable compliance requirements and talent acquisition procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least six years of related full-cycle recruiting experience, including active sourcing, or a graduate degree or equivalent plus four years of related experience
  • At least 10 years of related experience may substitute for a degree
  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors
  • Background in agency recruiting, corporate recruiting, or both
  • Strong working knowledge of sourcing approaches, candidate assessment and interviewing, talent selection, and closing and negotiation techniques
  • Consistently uphold high standards of ethics, integrity, and respect
  • Remain composed while working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Work with a strong sense of urgency and take decisive action
