Lead research, discovery, and full-lifecycle development of machine learning models for media measurement
Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to generate insights that inform the product roadmap
Plan, deliver, and maintain data science projects independently from initiation through completion
Partner with engineering and product teams on model design, implementation, deployment, and continuous validation
Build, validate, and maintain statistical and machine learning models
Evaluate and validate internal and external product methodologies on an ongoing basis
Translate complex statistical results into visualizations and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Present findings and statistical recommendations clearly to varied business and technical audiences

Талаптар

Master’s degree or equivalent in statistics, quantitative sciences, data science, operations research, or another quantitative discipline
At least five years of data science experience, ideally in market research or advertising analytics
Ability to independently manipulate, analyze, and interpret large datasets
Advanced knowledge of statistical methods, including distributions, hypothesis testing, parametric and non-parametric tests, survey design, sampling theory, experimental design, regression or predictive modeling, and stochastic modeling or simulation
Strong understanding of machine learning methods such as clustering, regression, and tree-based models
Practical experience applying statistical and modeling techniques
Strong analytical ability with careful attention to data validation and accuracy
Ability to independently investigate and learn new methods, tools, and techniques
Self-directed approach to delivering projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis and machine learning implementation
Experience with media measurement and digital attribution is preferred
Experience with multivariate testing is preferred
Experience with predictive modeling is preferred
Experience linking attitudinal survey data with behavioral purchase data to model and quantify outcomes is preferred
Experience with online survey methodologies is preferred
Ability to write and optimize SQL queries and experience with big data technologies such as Spark are preferred, with each skill considered an advantage
