Senior Collections Associate
Manage complex receivables across Coupa’s global customer portfolio, overseeing collections and dispute resolution. Work with internal teams to improve cash performance and address account risks.

- Manage collections from a portfolio of high-value, complex customer accounts.
- Contact customers by phone, email, and video to resolve overdue balances and disputes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Deal Desk to address billing and contract issues.
- Handle escalations with sales leaders and customer stakeholders for high-risk or high-value accounts.
- Keep collections forecasts, aging reports, and cash application records accurate.
- Recommend process changes to lower Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and reduce bad debt exposure.
- Use Oracle, Tesorio, or similar tools to manage workflows, track accounts, and report portfolio health.
- Assist with accounts receivable activities during month-end and quarter-end close.

- At least five years of collections experience.
- Experience in SaaS, FMCG, or financial services is preferred.
- Track record of working with senior sales management to resolve account issues.
