Private Wealth Legal Support Executive
Provide administrative and client support to JMW’s Private Wealth legal team in Manchester. The role covers case records, billing, file management, and office coordination.

- Deliver timely, effective service to the firm’s clients.
- Create and maintain accurate physical and electronic matter records in the case management system.
- Keep firm and client documents and information confidential.
- Open files in accordance with firm procedures and SRA AML/KYC guidelines.
- Process bills, request and collect cheques, liaise with Accounts, accept client payments, and verify bank details.
- Help coordinate and distribute incoming and outgoing daily post.
- Prepare bundles and help collate documents for the team.
- Provide office support, including coordinating meetings, preparing for marketing events, and monitoring and ordering supplies.
- Support new starters and work experience personnel in the team.
- Provide support to the team’s Legal Support Executives as needed.

- Confident using IT, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communicate professionally in writing and conversation, with a strong telephone manner, the ability to take messages, and a commitment to quality client care.
- Type accurately.
- Be willing to learn and contribute to the team.
- Manage time effectively and stay organised.
- Show strong attention to detail.
- Have at least 12 months of administration experience; this is essential.
