  • Help design HR materials and create or update documents as needed.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, training follow-up, and system access termination.
  • Arrange 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins with new hires.
  • Support the new hire buddy program by scheduling meetings and sending invitations.
  • Schedule HR orientation sessions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Prepare and maintain HR letters, reports, and change notices.
  • Coordinate exit processes.
  • Prepare and administer employee surveys.
  • Provide design support for HR materials.

  • Diploma or degree in human resources or a related field.
  • One to three years of experience in an HR coordinator, HR assistant, or related administrative role.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and SharePoint is an asset.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
