  • Support CAPA activities and issue resolution
  • Develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Build country-level ED&CP capabilities and support study placement
  • Oversee feasibility assessments and site selection
  • Lead metrics reviews and track follow-up actions
  • Maintain quality oversight and inspection readiness
  • Manage the local ED&CP budget and financial reporting
  • Implement local processes and regulatory requirements
  • Create and deploy processes and systems that improve study management
  • Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and a Credo-based culture

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in a life sciences field such as biology, chemistry, biochemistry, nursing, or pharmacy
  • At least 8 years of clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical industry, a CRO, or an investigational site
  • Previous ED&CP clinical trial experience preferred
  • Demonstrated AI literacy and a responsible AI-enabled approach to daily work
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
  • Experience mentoring or coaching others; line management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, hire, train, develop, and assess employees
  • Sound decision-making and financial management skills
  • Strong issue-resolution and contingency-planning capabilities
  • Thorough knowledge of drug development, clinical research operations, and regulatory requirements, including ICH-GCP, HCC, and applicable regulations
  • Ability to synthesize and assess information from multiple reports and sources
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Adaptable approach to fast-changing work across therapeutic areas
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • English language proficiency
