  • Assess business workflows to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational issues and propose practical AI solutions
  • Examine customer service, production, procurement, and inventory processes to locate high-value automation opportunities
  • Convert business needs into technical requirements and implementation plans
  • Rank automation projects by business value, efficiency potential, and scalability
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered workflows for repetitive processes
  • Build automation solutions with AI tools, APIs, integrations, and workflow platforms
  • Refine automation systems continuously using operational feedback and performance data
  • Improve customer service processes such as manual order handling and repetitive communications
  • Investigate customer portals, AI assistants, automated workflows, and self-service capabilities
  • Connect existing business systems and technology platforms into coordinated workflows
  • Assist with software integrations and work with developers when advanced engineering support is needed
  • Assess system architecture and propose enhancements
  • Take ownership of automation projects from initial discovery through delivery
  • Plan projects, establish requirements, test solutions, evaluate outcomes, and document workflows
  • Manage projects independently while reporting progress, issues, and recommendations to leadership
  • Track developments in AI tools, automation platforms, and relevant industry practices
  • Find additional AI use cases and contribute to a long-term automation roadmap

Талаптар

  • At least five years of experience in automation, software development, business systems, AI implementation, solutions architecture, or a related technical field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects independently from initiation through completion
  • Experience evaluating business processes and converting findings into technical solutions
  • Practical experience deploying automation in operational settings
  • Experience with manufacturing, production, inventory, or order management systems is strongly preferred
  • Solid knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow systems
  • Experience integrating multiple software platforms
  • Working familiarity with APIs, databases, and system architecture
  • Ability to complete light to moderate coding or scripting in Python, JavaScript, or comparable languages
  • Hands-on use of AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, and automation platforms
  • Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or comparable workflow automation tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or a comparable ERP system is preferred
  • Experience integrating CRM systems such as HubSpot is preferred
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento is preferred
  • Ability to lead projects independently and link technical solutions to measurable business results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with initiative in identifying automation opportunities
  • Ability to work effectively with leadership, operations teams, and developers
  • Availability during U.S. business hours in alignment with the client’s time zone
