Talent Acquisition Specialist in Poland (Remote)

Lead full-cycle hiring for Moniepoint across technical and commercial teams in Poland. Build strong talent pipelines and work closely with hiring managers to deliver an effective recruitment experience.

Description

  • Own recruitment from role intake and candidate sourcing through interviews, offers, hiring, and onboarding
  • Create forward-looking sourcing plans and maintain qualified pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers across levels to clarify workforce needs and develop trusted working relationships
  • Contribute to HR projects and identify opportunities to improve processes and programs
  • Help deliver HR strategies, policies, procedures, and programs that support growth and retention
  • Ensure candidates receive a consistently high-quality recruitment experience
  • Complete the required take-home exercise and technical, behavioral, and leadership interviews with the talent acquisition team

Requirements

  • At least three years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment and close collaboration with hiring managers and candidates
  • Background in either agency recruitment or internal talent acquisition
  • A creative, adaptable approach to sourcing, candidate management, and candidate experience
  • Track record hiring for technical and non-technical positions, including Engineering, Business, and Commercial roles
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver reliably in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience using human resources information systems and applicant tracking systems
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and candidates
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Excellent organization skills and close attention to detail
  • Business judgment to connect departmental initiatives with key organizational objectives
  • Working knowledge of how different business functions operate
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, strategic-thinking, and organizational capabilities
